At this difficult time as the county confronts the threat of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we wanted to reach out to reassure all our customers.

Our thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this event and we are indebted to our healthcare workers, who will be on the front line working to contain this coronavirus in the months ahead. 

We know there will be concerns regarding the continuity of supply for some of our essential products you buy from Mercian, be reassured - we hold substantial levels of stocks of those consumables and Instruments considered essential.

We realise this situation remains dynamic and there will inevitably be some disruption and delays in our supply chains in the future but we will try to mitigate the effects of this disruption where ever possible. It may well result in some delivery times being extended for non-stock items.
